What should I do if I cannot find the Rich Text field option?

Confirm that you are using a smart spreadsheet data table rather than a regular document page. Check whether the current field is the first field, because the first field does not support Rich Text. Update WPS Office to a newer version and open header editing again. Confirm that your account has permission to edit the data table.
